The days, weeks and months following birth should be a time of rest for the new mother. 'Gegin Mama Lleuad' and my postnatal food boxes were born out of a need for nourishing foods during this time - food and drinks that will aid milk production, replenish energy lost during birth and make the new mama feel loved and cared for.
This gorgeous box is filled with fresh food, all designed to aid postnatal recovery! In this box, expect to find jars of replenishing broths, warming lentil dhal's, energy balls, fresh bread, overnight oats, a stack of oat & blueberry pancakes, Golden Milk paste, homegrown herbal tea, herbal body oil, 100% beeswax candle and fresh herbs from the garden.

This smaller version of the original "i'r fam" postnatal food box can be posted anywhere in the UK, and is a lovely gift to give a new mother, yourself or anyone in need of some love! It contains energy balls, handmade beeswax candle, homegrown herbal tea, herbal bath salts & body oil, fresh herbs from my garden. (seasonal).

Although these boxes were born with new mothers in mind - they can be for anyone who is in need of love, nourishment and care. I hope the idea inspires a change in how we offer support to others in our community. Taking someone some home made food is such a wonderful way of showing we care.
